Sweet 16!!!

Alyssa is 16 years old today!!! Yes I am sad about this :( haha it's hard for a parent to see there kids grow up!

So on Sunday the YW had a break the fast pizza after church. While Alyssa was in the house I asked the girl's what about doing a surprise party on Wednesday (her actual b-day). They all got excited and Lisa Hancock said, "Oh we'll do it at my house." Perfect, I could get kids there and not at my house.

Carissa has been a HUGE help with keeping this going this week also. Alyssa has cried that she needs a party. So I told her to just invite a few friends and have cake. That made her mad!! So on Wed. Rick and I surprised her hahah. We put a happy b-day sign in the entry and when she got home from volleyball we yelled "SURPRISE" She didn't think that was too funny.

So then at volleyball tonight I showed up with balloons and flowers. Well, Smiley insisted he take them into her. Which now everyone thinks he gave her flowers. haha

Now she is home!!! Mom where's the cake I want some friends over. Carissa jumps into action. Carissa takes Alyssa for a ride then to Hancocks where all the kids were to surprise her!!

I want to wish a sweet girl a SWEET 16 B-DAY!!!!

P.S. These are just a few pictures I got. No one would take my camera to take pictures. So this is all I got. Some of the boys were WAY tired from football.
