Engagement!!

Our Priests & Laurels went on a chance of a lifetime trip this last week to New York for a church history tour.  Well, Cache came to talk with Rick earlier in the week to ask for permission to propose to Alyssa.  We didn't think he would do it this quick!  I get a text from Cache on Saturday wanting to know what time & flights Alyssa came in that night.  I freaked out & started bawling!!!  It just hit me so hard that this is for real!!  So I asked if I could video the proposal since our ward would see it too!!  He was excited for me to come which made me so happy. 

Anyway things got hairy.  We get a call from Alyssa that the boys & some of the leaders were having to stay in Atlanta for the night and the girls had no way of getting home.  So it was perfect me & Cache went down to bring girls home.  We get there & he is FREAKING out and ready to barf.  I somewhat stopped breathing for a second or 2 :)  Cache's sweet sister & her friend helped Cache out with the filming & the proposal.

I'm truly blessed to have a SWEET daughter and now getting a new son in our family!!!  It kills me to see her grow up so fast and already getting married.  But we do love Cache and he is the sweetest thing ever for Alyssa!!  We love you both &best wishes!!!
