Our 8th grade basket ball team was AMAZING this year!! There record was 7-3. The boys who are Seniors now we got asking them and there record wasn't this good. We only had 5 players on the team. Well they did bring 2 7th graders up just in case of trouble.

These 5 boys lost there 1st 2 games of the season and that is it. Holbrook and Showlow. Which the Showlow game we should have won. They went into double OT and lost by 1 point. The coach of the 7th grade team came off the bus after the game and shook McKay's hand & said that McKay had one heck of a game & we should have won!!! WOW!

These 5 boys made it into the final 4 for the Regional Tournament. We were ranked #3 in the region. We played Holbrook to see if we could make it to the championship round. Our 5 guys played there dang hearts out but Holbrook just put us to the test. They pressed our guys so hard and played just so rough. We lost by 5 points but I'm so very impressed with how well 5 boys can make it that far!!
