Basketball has ended for McKay :(
He did so good this year. He started out on the JV team then towards the end of the season he made Varsity. He was so dang excited.
McKay this year really stepped it up for the JV team. He made the buzzer beater shot the 1st game of the season to go into OT with Show Low. We ended up losing but it was awesome. He only missed 1 game (against Snowflake) he was super sick. Mr. Maner was the coach & said he was one of the best players on the team!!
When Suber put him on Varsity he didn't play much but he did go in some games & he did play @ sectionals against Jo City. He played the 1st game @ State playoffs which I'm hearing he did AMAZING!! We did lose in the 1st round of State though.
I'm just so proud of McKay & the progress from when we put him in the Show Low league in the 2nd grade!

Almost forgot!! McKay during our 1st game against Jo City scored 28 points!!! That was his best game EVER!! He really stepped it up & really wanted to prove to those kitties he was here to WIN!!!!
