Barr had a friend make this video for him to campaign for 8th grade class President. He also had a Superman shirt & cape on & ran in with Superman music playing throwing candy. His speech went a little like this:

Thought it was so funny how he can save the day and be a good President.
Barr won the election with Bridget McClaws as his Vice President.
