Baseball

Baseball season has come & gone.   

McKay went back & forth on what to do about baseball.  Do I run track, lift weights or baseball?  All his friends were doing baseball but he just didn't really feel like it again this year.  Porter came & talked him into playing this year.  I think now he was really glad he did.  This was one of the funnest seasons Porter has had he said.  These boys were actually really fun to go watch this year.  They all had a lot of fun & some serious moments. 

We went to Northland Prep to play & Our boys were getting too serious the 1st game & not having fun.  We ended up losing by 1 point.  The next game they all started cheering each other on & came back the 2nd game & won!!

This is the Salt River Tournament that we took 1st place, 2nd year in a row.  This is one of the funnest tournaments.  These boys made it to the 1st round of state but got beat out by McNary. 

 

Not gonna lie I was not looking forward to baseball.  It's long & boring but this year was actually a lot of fun

 

McKay played 3rd base & I thing he did a great job!!
