Happy Birthday!!!

 McKay turned "17"

I can't believe it!!  My boy is going to be on a mission in 2 years & a Jr. in HS!! I can't believe how grown up my kids have gotten.

McKay was born on the 4th of July!

He had to work that day but he didn't even complain.  Haskel bought him lunch & got him a piece of cake :). 

He had helped Monti the night before loading hay got home late & had to get up super early on his birthday to go to work.  You can see in the pictures how tired he looks.

 McKay couldn't decide what he wanted for his birthday then finally decided on a Kindle fire HD.  He was so excited but so tired.

Poor kid got home from work & went & fell asleep on his bed.  He wanted to go to Brach Slade's birthday party but was way too tired so he stayed in with his family!! What a great kid.

 

Side note

This is after his birthday.

So I had girls camp & then helping my mom & Marshall with there houses was too tired to even think about a Sunday School lesson.  So McKay said heck I'll do it I want to use my Kindle!!

What a great boy he is.  Oh & 5 cute cousins from the valley showed up in our class also & made his day :) 

He ended up going to their grandparents house that night to hang out.

 

Can I just say how blessed I am to have McKay (also my other kids too) in my life.  I don't know where I would be as a mother without such great kids.  I don't know what I did to deserve such great kids but I sure do love them for being such good examples to others.  Sure do love them all :)
