So Barr finally got his license!!
Let me tell you this little story....
Me & Alyssa took Barr to Holbrook where it's supposed to be "easier" well, hope whoever goes there next doesn't get the man in that joint. It was extremely packed in there anyways & we got there early because they only do it at certain times. Finally got up to do his paper work & the lady is like well we need to hurry cause we are running out of time. What the heck I was thinking. I got here 1 1/2 hours early. Anyway, they told Barr to go practice parallel parking. Alyssa went with him & he is uptight & hitting all the cones haha. We got him calmed down & the guy comes out & asks "does he need more time to practice?" I was like hello I've been out here for 30 minutes in the heat watching him perfect it. So I replied "No he's doing really good go ahead with the test." So he goes over & takes his time. Well, Barr gives me the thumbs up that he passed that part whew!! Then the fun begins. He had Barr park the car & wrote a bunch of stuff down. I was like that's weird to have him park the car. Then he had him honk the horn, checked the tires etc. This guy is trying to get employee of the month I guess haha. Barr goes off to do the road test. He was gone forever!! I didn't ever remember my other kids being gone this long. Well, he finally comes back & he is BEAT RED & MADDDDDD!!! The guy failed him for going too slow! WHAT!! Never heard of that. Also, there was a dead bug mark on the passenger side of the windshield, he got to a 4 way stop & stopped way too long. Barr said that he didn't know what to do cause when he proceeded to go the other car started to go so he stopped. I was so dang mad by now. Now I have to go all the way back to Holbrook the next day?? Are you kidding me!!
Day 2 got up early to get there 1st. It is packed again UHG!!! Well one good thing that man is not there today :) Barr is a nervous wreck so I'm trying to calm him down. It's his turn finally his turn. He got the nicest lady. They left for the road test & was back in less than 5 minutes. He PASSED!!!
There was another kid in there that needed just the driving test done also from the day before. I wanted to go ask him if that guy failed him too.
Had to write this because it's frustrating but funny at the same time :)
