50 YEARS TOGETHER

Rick's parents celebrated their "50th" Wedding Anniversary on May 29, 2009. What an accomplishment that is. We had a party for them @ the Social hall in Snowflake. It was all western and very nice.

Before the party while the adults were setting up Grandpa Turley stayed with the grandkids and put together humanitarian kits. Rick's older sister Ronda started this tradition a couple of years ago. We have been going strong ever since. We do 100 kits. Everyone is assigned different things to bring. We have also done quilts, toys, socks, shirts, gloves, and school kits. The kids love to put them together.

Here Grandpa is helping the kids.

At the party Barr just had to have a picture with Brig. (This is Katie's fiance), Barr just adores him and was so excited to find out that they are getting married (We are too)

My three kids at the party. Notice the name tags.

Ryan Turley, Kaylin Turley, and McKay (Not wanting to smile)

Lindy had the kids decorate Grandpa's truck and they had the best time doing it. They had soap, balloons, saran wrap, and t.p.. They were having the best time. They drank a bunch of pop to have cans in the back to drag also.

Here these crazy grandkids are with the finished truck. They couldn't wait for Grandpa to come and see it after the party. They tried every excuse to get him outside after the party to see it. He was a good sport about it too.

Here is Jace Turley and Spencer Smith. What two cute little boys they are. When we were getting ready Jace saw that Spencer had on dress pants so he had to have dress pants on too. They wanted to pose for the camera for me. What cuties!!!!

Here they are again. They were sitting there towards the end and just chatting and just had to take a picture of them.
