Wow how time flies, my youngest is 11 now. Barr actually turned 11 on the 11 of June. I was at girls camp for his birthday this year (sniff, sniff) but he understood. This is one funny boy, all he wanted for his b-day was a metal detector. Well, we looked and finally found one on the Internet. He was soooo excited to get it. Rick and McKay took him to the movie "UP" for his b-day.
Just a few things about Barr:
He was named after His Great Great Grandpa L. Barr Turley
When Barr was little he had an imaginary friend named "Boy" that got him in trouble a lot.
He had an imaginary cow, horse, and workers. Every time we would go to Snowflake there at the trains he would say "That is where my men work for me"
When Alyssa and McKay were both in school and he was at home with me he said "I need to go to school too" Well he did to Grandpa Willis' school.
He would go to "Grandpa School" but there names were the man teacher and the woman teacher. One day Barr came home and said "Well mom I got my name on the board today my Boy got me in trouble" I called to ask and my dad was laughing so hard. All they did was watch cartoons.
Barr would go to Grandpa Willis' every morning and eat breakfast with him (Danish or a toaster strudel).
Barr is a very fun loving person. He loves everyone and wants to be there friend.
Barr is always worried about your feelings.
Barr is just a dang clown in general.
One more story about Barr. We were building our house and we were outside one night and all of the sudden out of the backdoor of our old trailer here comes Barr with this green thing on his head. It was Alyssa's hula skirt on his head. He comes out going wooo hoooo and got on his bike and took off in the wind. By the way it was green. I can't get my scanner to scan these cute pictures of him or when he went to "Grandpa school"
He is a joy to our family and what would we do without him. Sorry I missed your birthday. What a great kid you are!!
We sure do Love you Barr
