Spring Break

Monday:

Today I took these two girls (Analise and Alyssa) with me shopping (my first attempt at couponing) what a trip that was. Later Analise came up to the house and the girls decided that they would have a spa night. First was the facials then they did pedi's. They asked my boys and they nicely said "No thanks."

Tuesday:

Yuck!!! I had to go to Jury Duty. As I was sitting there waiting to go in I was visiting with a lady. She was saying that she had never been chosen. Well I've been called 2 times before but got out of it. She also was saying that her friends were telling her that next time we get a call to Jury Duty to just shred the papers. Don't think that would be a good idea. Anyway, we are called in and they start picking names for GRAND JURY. WHAT THE HECK THIS IS SERIOUS! Well they start calling names and the lady I was talking to was called 3rd. Well guess what I am now Juror #5. Holy Crap this is for the next 4 months of my life every Tuesday. Tried getting out of it. I had an excuse all ready how I work at the Seminary and have 8th grade fireside coming up and Graduation, Girls camp that I'm partially in charge of, 3 kids, ball games galore. Well when it got to me I froze and said "I have 3 kids and it is the end of the year and is very stressful" Sorry not good enough, but if I was a lazy (another nationality) without a ride I could of gotten out of it. Fat chance, I have to call every Monday night to see if there will be a trial on Tues.

Wednesday & Thursday:

Rick had a couple of days off so we headed to the valley to swim at the motel and then we took them to this place called Cracker Jax's. They had the best time on the bumber boats, and the race cars. At first they were shy about getting wet and going from one ride to the other. Then they just took off going back and forth. They also could have done miniature golf but decided not to.

Here's Barr trying to race this kid. He was so dang funny at one time he stayed in the middle of the track and everyone was behind him. He is the biggest tease. He wanted one more lap I think and to see if he could get these old people mad at him.

Then we have McKay who also finally got warmed up and drove fast after a while that his hair was straight up in the front and a few on top were straight up enough to embarrass his sister.

Then to Alyssa our catious driver. She kept saying "I have a slow car" Yeah right she was just checking out the cute boys around.

We had a good spring break loved the warm weather we had in the valley then had to come home to cold weather. The kids were just glad to be out of school for a week and get a break from everything.
