Stake Conference

I was on the lds.org page today and they had this You Tube video on there. I thought this was amazing. It was some of the apostles and other people talking about why the Temples are to be built. Go and watch it it is sooo good. With the HBO series coming out there is an article on the website about it too. This is just terrible what is happeing to our faith. I asked my Dad back in High School why do people target the LDS people. His response was "They are scared and they know that we are the only true church on the earth." That has stuck with me forever.

Then with Stake Conference this weekend was amazing. Elder Kukuchi (SP) was a funny but very spiritual man. My kids come home after the Sunday session and were still laughing at him. Yes they did pay attention, this mom is very amazed. They laugh at him saying "My body is not a visitors center it is a Temple and until you have a recommend you can not enter." I had alot of friends in college that would always use that saying. I love it!!. They also loved how he said that Pres. Farr took him to that Wendy's for a chicken sandwich not a big mac, and he eats rice and fish. Glad my kids payed some attention to this conference. What an inspiration he was to all of us at this conference. Can't wait until General Conference now.
